Fashion Editorial Makeup

Our team of makeup artists are also available for fashion editorial makeup having previously worked on a number of projects. Makeup is very important in the fashion world and in every editorial spread. Designers come to us with a vision and together we create a look based on our interpretation of their vision. The Mink Studios team work closely with the client, photographer, brand or art director to create an exciting editorial makeup look.

Special Occasion Makeup

Mink Studios offer a full professional makeup service in our beautiful studio in Monkseaton, Whitley Bay. Our fully qualified makeup artists will work with you to create the look you want. Whether you are attending a wedding, christening, special event, birthday party or a big night out with the girls, Mink Studios has your make up covered.

Got my hair and make up done on Friday by Ashley she is so professional and so lovely! We were made to feel so welcome from start to finish. I was a bit nervous going in but that sharp went away as soon as we walked in and got chatting. The studio is gorgeous, spacious, clean and stylish! Ashley did an amazing job on both mine and my friends hair and make up we felt like superstars!! I was so happy with everything and if I do say so myself we looked gorgeous! All thanks to Ashley!! The make up was so fab it stayed on all day I never once had to re-touch or anything and my hair was amazing I was in my element feeling like a Kardashian! Thank you so much to Ashley you did such an amazing job! I cannot recommend this place enough! I know I’ll certainly be back !

Literally couldn’t have left any happier than I did on Friday! As a first timer at getting my hair and makeup done I was apprehensive but from the moment we walked in that went and we were made to feel so welcome! it wasn’t a jam packed studio where you get rushed in and out we were taken care of and the end job showed that! It was immaculately clean and Ashley was so lovely we both felt so comfortable and beyond happy when we left with amazing hair and makeup!! Not once throughout the day did I have to touch my makeup up and even after numerous bottles of prosecco and dancing my makeup was still in tact the next day! Would 100% recommend this studio I felt so glam and was in love with my makeup – and there was no purple eyeshadow in sight haha thank you again you are an extremely talented lady!!!

Where We Are Based

Our studio is based in Monkseaton, Whitley Bay which is easily accessible by car and public transport. We are a 2 minute walk from Monkseaton metro station. Our clients travel from all over the North East including Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, Killingworth, Cramlington, Gosforth, Jesmond, Heaton, Walker, Wallsend, Tynemouth and North Shields.
